But it is showing required everytime if already image is present and i am editing some other field and saving it

This is the path - admin/catalog/products/edit/1

If the image file is required then you will have to upload the image. And if the image is not uploaded then the page will always give an warning

As i can see here is no image for the product so the page is giving the warning message -
