categories are not added

please find attachment , I'm facing this issue while adding category, also categories are not showing in website while they are active too.

Please change the database collation and set "utf8mb4_unicode_ci" the issue will be resolved.

i have changed all collation for tables and columns as well but its still same issue, when i update a category with any other info it works fine but when i select parent category root or change position number it gives me error like above snapshot while updating a category.

HI there,
As i can check with our latest release there is no issue with category. Please find the screenshot Here
And is it possible to reinstall the Bagisto? if yes then please let me know i will guide you for the same.
