Custom payment Method and Checkout THEME/PAGE modification

Hi,

we are using laravel marketplace 1.5.1 and laravel order create (as admin) module and we need to setup a new payment method.

The creation of the payment module it not hard but there is no information how we can manage RENDERING DURING CHECKOUT (both shop and ADMIN) ABOUT View rendering and how to add fields :

• duration (HTML select element)
• licenceNumber (alphanumeric)

that is requiered before we "Place Order" and dugind PAYMENT selection (we need additional information when user choose our custom payment)

can you help us and provide please additional information, the documentation about new payment method is really thin about it. Can we add field and add some check on it (requiere and js validator) ?
