Internal Server Error on /admin and other Urls

I am getting Internal Server Error after installed bagisto.

The first page is working partially. It shows only the carousel.

several following urls giving "Internal Server Error"
/api/categories/tree
/api/checkout/cart
/admin
....

Error log shows:
AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace.
