Issue with Next JS - Bagisto 2.2

Hi, I have installed everything properly and when I run the command "pnpm dev" i'm getting the below issue and even the website also not loading. Please let me know why the issue is happening

Next JS v2 is compatible with bagisto v2.0 this is might be a compatibility issues kindly check and let us know.
