How to see changes made in assets/sass/app.scss on Front-end.

For example , I want to make changes on homepage of application, I want to change something inside product page or , anything that customer can see.Thanks

There are two way of doing design changes in bagisto.
First way is - Create a theme for front.

Second way is to override all view files and use your css.
