I can't change the meta-title from DEMO STORE

good morning. I had changed the meta-title from the /canali/default administration panel. but it only changes when the language is English if you are in another language it doesn't change it e.g. if you are in Italian it gives you demo store but in Italian and so on for the other languages I tried to change it in the app.php file in the folders languages but nothing has changed. please someone help me. and thanks to those who help me

i've changed the Default Locale and the same problem they dosen't work.
I dont know what i can do on the admin dashboard to modify it
