Override admin view

Hi everyone, I'm using Bagisto 2.3, I want to modify the view 'admin::settings.themes.edit.static-content' inside the file there are no events or anything else to which I can appeal, I simply want to modify this view, not physically with the $this->publish(); but tell the system when you call this file you have to show my file.
is it possible? my goal is to affect the webkul packages as little as possible and to be able to modify logic and/or views -
