Deploying changes to server

I am trying to deploy changes to my server where bagisto is running, but every time I make a new deploy the bagisto installer is instantly being shown again. So I am unable to make changes to my code. Am I missing a step? I'm installing using the installer and then trying to deploy changes (for instance changes in the CSS).

Hi,

In public directory of your application, there is a folder called installer, kindly delete that folder.
