Button Cart volicity theme disabled

Hello,
I installed bagisto and so far so good, I created a test product,
if I add the product in the cart on English language everything is ok, while if I do it on both Italian and French I cannot checkout.
my problem occurs only with the translation into Italian of the velocity theme!

yes the product has been translated into the catalog
