Owl Carousal Not Working !!!

Owl Carousal Not Working. But if I comment out the shop.js file then its working. Any solution?

I mean shop.js file is preventing Owl Carousal from working.
My question is why is it preventing? or Why Owl Carousal not working?
And yes I'm following the doc.

@RK-REZA I am facing the same issue most of my jquery is not working but when i remove shop.js then everything is fine. Can you guide me plz.
