How to show "continue" button on billing and shipping method step with validation in velocity theme

I want to show "Continue" button on billing and shipping method on checkout page in velocity theme. And when we click on continue button it will show error validation if the required field is null ?

If no validation error it will show next step.

Anyone has the solution ?
