                @raouf415
                Yes, if inside .env the APP_DEBUG=false it means the application is under production mode else if APP_DEBUG=true (development mode)

                                Hi @raouf415,

                                Just replace this line i.e. const mix = require("laravel-mix"); with this const { mix } = require("laravel-mix");.

                                Because we need only mix object not everything.

                                If you want to use the whole object then please replace every mix variable with mix.mix.

                                And then run npm run prod.

                                  npm run prod works but when i change color in variable.scss for example $button-primary-bg: #3c11a1; and run npm run prod

                                    Hi @raouf415,

                                    You need to publish your changes every time if your are using npm run prod because this will compile all your changes but will not place on the public path. For that you need to run php artisan vendor:publish --all --force.

                                    Otherwise, for development purpose you can use the npm run watch command. This will track all your changes and automatically place all your changes to the public path so that you don't need to publish your package again and again.

                                    Once done with your changes, then run npm run prod and publish your pakage.
