Problem when we add booking type product

Hi all
please help me I created new product as type of booking and used the defult booking type
when I tried to booked it from application nothing happen "click on book now"
It 's just make reload of page not complete the process -
Can you share the error log.

There is no error but nothing happen
after I cliked nothing happen -
May be options are not added properly or improper configuration from the backend.
