Bagisto to Japanese (search feature)

Hello,
I am translating Bagisto into Japanese, but I noticed that when I do a search with Japanese letters on the front-end, the words typed become code after the search, as in the following figure.

The .env configuring is :
APP_TIMEZONE=Asia/Tokyo
APP_LOCALE=ja
APP_CURRENCY=JPY

The header of the front-end page is

<html lang="ja">

    <head>
        <title>    Bagisto - Search
</title>

        <meta charset="utf-8">
        <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge">
        <meta http-equiv="content-language" content="ja">

The search is working without problems even using the Japanese characters . And the Japanese characters also appear without problems in all part of the site so far. The problem appears only in the search field at the top of the page.
What did I forget to configure?
Could someone help me?

Sorry for the delay in response but we want to notify to that our upcoming released has been delay as many of the new features still are in testing process, so we will surely update you once it will be released or Hopefully it will publish on this Friday.

I try download from master version, and the same issue occurs too...
