Customer Order on PayPal but not on Bagisto

I opened a bug report on github but have not gotten an answer.
I have several customers that have placed an order via our ecommerce site and the order is posted on PayPal (with detail) but neither the order or the customer are showing in Bagisto. I did look directly in the database but those customers are not there. Has anyone else experience this ?

No, there is no customer and there is no order.

Any help, it happened again today. Now i have a customer created but the order did not register. I only have the PayPal detail.

You could update bagisto v1.1.2, the paypal issue will resolve in this version.
