User roles

I have created a new Vendor role but,
I don't want to allow this Add product.
I want to hide this "add product" if the current role is Vendor.

unselect the catalog->products-> Add from the vendor permission https://prnt.sc/tl2ipk

I don't want to give add, edit, delete permission.
That vendor can only view all products.

Is there any way to get the current role?
