how to add minimum order amount in bagisto?

I want to add a minimum order amount for the cart total because we will not ship anything lesser than the amount we have set.

currently, this functionality is yet not added.
you may raise the feature request here https://github.com/bagisto/bagisto/issues so the dev team can implement this asap.
