Trying to get property 'code' of non-object

Hello,

I am using later version 1.3, and after changing slider, the site is unable to open properly.
Please see screenshot of error.

I also tried to remove all slider, but still getting error.

How could i solve this issue?

Update: After cleaning browser cache, i can access the page, but the load is slow than usual compare to v1.2
In addition, the images are stretched, please refer the screenshot.
