Bagisto Update exchange rate is not working

Getting this error on clicking update rates
"You have not supplied an API Access Key. [Required format: access_key=YOUR_ACCESS_KEY]"

I have done changes according to this
reference of yours, but still getting the error.

Note :- i have updated the SSL also

Which one are you using FIXER_API_KEY or EXCHANGE_RATES_API_KEY?
