Negotiation MarketplaceQuotes plugin issue

Hello guys, I'm getting a 404 error message on my Bagisto app on localhost after sending a quote for a negotiable product. The error is not present on live server but not the clone on my computer. The URL seems to be missing the project name. It should be http://localhost/<project name>/quote/store. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Which version of bagisto are you using?

I'm running Bagisto 1.2. The route works after creating a virtual host for my project.
