How to create dynamic menu in bagisto

I want to create menu bar whose values or names must be taken from database. Whenever I change any menu name from admin panel, it must reflect in the menu bar.
Mainly I want to manage Menu bar from admin panel.

Actually I want to create sub-menu also.
-I have created one main menu with your method. How to create sub menu of that main menu. The sub menu should be dynamic.
Please help

Now, there is no option for create submenu, so for this you have to done customization,
