Softaculous Install results in non functioning (error 500) website

Hi
I have tried to install Bagisto onto a shared hosting paltform hosted by "Webhosting UK" using the softaculous installer which completed fine. however the site just displays Server Error 500 error messages when you visit the front end or admin urls.
I have contacted the support from Webhosting UK who are very good normally but they have been unable to fix the issue and have asked me to get in touch with you guys for help.

Please check once with your developer and let me know if you need any changes done from the server end .
