Laravel Intervention image cache not working on server

It works fine on local server. The images uploaded from local server is working fine.(project folder was uploaded to cpanel from local host). But the images uploaded in live server itself is not working

Is it some kind of caching issue.

I have done storage:link and the image shows fine in admin panel
