Greetings of the day..!!
The view render event helps to add custom fields, HTML, etc. which you want to modify or add according to your requirements.
just like as per the given screenshot you provided the custom whatever you are trying to add that automatically appends just after/before this price.

@Rishabh-Webkul i have integrated the fedex but how can i add other fields on dashboard for client id and secret to configure the account it only shows the title desc and active or inactive fields.
