Bagisto Next.js Commerce Install Error

I am trying to install Bagisto Next.js Commerce
I follow this steps to https://vercel.com/templates/next.js/nextjs-commerce

1. Install Vercel CLI: npm i -g vercel
2. Link local instance with Vercel and GitHub accounts (creates .vercel directory): vercel link
3. Download your environment variables: vercel env pull

-> pnpm install
-> pnpm dev
all steps run proper up to pnpm dev
when i run pnpm dev
it return
pnpm dev

This is not yet compatible with the latest Bagisto 2.1.2 version, this is the reason you are getting an error while installing Bagisto Nextjs-commerce.

We are working on it to make it compatible with the latest version.
