Changing the default dashboard language

In order for the default language of the dashboard to be Farsi and all English sections to be translated to Farsi, please advise
Of course, the dashboard should be from left to right because Persian is from right to left

Now Persian language is in Locales
I want only Farsi to be the default and I don't need English

To change the default dashboard language kindly go to the .env file and change the APP_LOCALE =fa to your language code as shown below.

And after you will get your desired output as shown in the image below.
