Refund of Actual Payment to Customer Accounts

Does Bagisto provide features to automatically process refunds to a customer's original payment method (e.g., bank or online transaction) through integrated payment gateways? Specifically, when a refund is applied in Bagisto, does it trigger an actual transaction to return the amount to the customer's account, or is it only a database management activity, requiring manual intervention for the actual payment refund?

could you please just confirm this is this any feature that customer get refunded amount to there respective payment source?

Greetings for the day!

Currently there is no online payment gateway integrated with the system to initiate the refund amount to the customer from the admin panel.

However, this can be done under the paid service.
For that, do let us know the payment gateway along with the API documentation to be integrated to initiate the refund.
