How to change the number of products in one grid of product collection?

I am trying to change the number of products on the homepage featured product's slider section, please check the attached screenshot (velocity-featured-slider.png)
and from the codebase I have found the code file in \resources\themes\velocity\views\home\featured-products.blade.php and the code in the file looks like in this screenshot
But we could not find how the product slider is initialized in Vue component. could not find most of the vue.js code in the system.
Could somebody please help me
