webp image format are not supported in 1.2 version as you can see here https://prnt.sc/1182m73 .You need to upgrade Bagisto on latest version 1.3.1 in which webp format is supported, please check https://prnt.sc/1182o4v

you can directly pass the cdn URL of the images in the Images column separated by a comma. -
