y have run this recomended comands by @sanjay-webkul and restart apache :

Hey, I have had the same issue and I solved it by:

'driver' => env('SCOUT_DRIVER', 'null'),

in

config/scout.php
packages/Webkul/Core/src/Config/scout.php

Make sure you do

php artisan config:clear
php artisan optimize:clear

afterwards
