Cart shipping rate base price is showing wrong in DB

Hi there, recently I noticed in my "cart_shipping_rates" table's base_price column storing incorrect amount value

In the price column, the amount value is 5.99 but the base_price column is storing 0.076794871794872 value,
please suggest a working solution, my Bagisto version is APP_VERSION=1.4.1 -

Is it possible to upgrade you project with latest version? Because i am not getting this issue our latest version. please find the screenshot Here -
