Velocity theme icon is not available in my admin side bar?

Velocity theme icon is not available in my admin side bar, so that i can edit the theme. what should i do?

Hello there,
What you can do is that you can follow the below path and there you can add a new icon according to your preference and save the details.

Path - Configuration -> General -> Design -> Add Icon
