Stuck on the last install Bagisto Form

When i trie try to select de local leguage, local time, the currency, in the new interface, i cant click 'continue', i cant see any problem. However, if i wait many time and i click many times de buttom 'continue' in some cases i can pass to the other step.
why this happen? i could create two bagisto project with the new version, but i had to wait a lot or have lucky to procces de form
