Quantities set to Zero when go to Edit product page

Hello,
The quantity of all Variations go to Zero although they have stock (4, 5,..).
This bug happens on Edit Product page.
If you click Save Product, all Variations will be Out of Stock.

After checking your reference images in screenshot 2, it's clearly visible that quantity is not, and its showing quantity with "0" https://prnt.sc/mgnOtbXRcFXJ
Kindly add the quantity in the variants. and then check the particular because at our end we have checked in 2.3.8, 2.3.13, 2.4 beta, and the functionality is working as expected.
Also, kindly confirm that you have made any type of customization at your end.

When i am in Screen 1, i click on edit product SKU 105-0851-all, then the system will brings me to Screen 2, but all Variations of product SKU 105-0851-all have quantity Zero, while the quantity is not zero in Screen 1. Then i click Save Product, the system brings me to screen 3, all the quantity is zero now.

@rishabh-webkul 2.4.1 i test on your original source and original data. There is no any custom.
