Category List in nav bar not show up in another locale

i have tried doing that, but it doesn't work

its always came empty like the image below when i tried to edit it.

Categories in Indonesian locale is my custom categories

I have already told you to update your category with different locales with all required field.
That's why you are facing this issue, because you don't have category in Indonesia locale.

Kindly update your category for different locales.

yes and i have already do that, when i save it, it shows success notifications
but, when i check the field in my locales its empty like this

1. I have fill the required fields

2. it Shows success

3. Its Empty when i check

it works but can we develop under master though? or should we wait until next update so we can install via composer?
