After install all Bagisto pages looks Disorganized

Hi i have install bagisto on windows 10 xammp v 3.2.4 and with latest composer
after installation i found all pages looking Disorganized
please check scrn shot.........!!!
please help me in this regards i have lots struggle to install this

you may run php artisan vendor:publish --force to fix this.
already resolved here https://github.com/bagisto/bagisto/issues/4173
