AliExpress APIs or SDKs Access

Hello there,
How do I get the access to AliExpress APIs or SDKs (including Order, shipping and fulfillment) for a project? We've tried to access the AliExpress API portal but it did not allow us to create a sellers account considering it's only applicable to only few countries. Therefore, if anyone could please help us to access the APIs or SDKs, that would be a huge help.

Well if the country is not listed then probably it can't be possible.
