      Hi, I want to add custom product attribute (or product type - not sure) to allow user to choose (boy or girl) name from dropdown or box similar to attached screenshot.

      Basically its custom songs selling for kids for wishing birthdays or other events. And upon selecting any product (song) user can be able to choose name as per above attached screenshot for further order processing.

      I'm wondering if this is something is possible somehow from dashboard? Or is there any relevant extension available?

        You can achieve this using a configurable product type, in which you may create the custom dropdown attribute and based on that create variant product as shown in below screenshot
