How to make more than one massUpdate in datagrid ?

I try to make two massUpdate in one datagrids,
for example i make massUpdate with label :

Update status
Update activation

when i checked the row, the dropdown show that two label but when i click the second one (update activation) the dropdown change to first one (update status) and the option value become the first one

Can you help me please ?
