You will receive the email on domain which you have set on ADMIN_MAIL_TO in env. -

You need to enter the email id where you want to receive the email id for admin in ADMIN_MAIL_TO field.
And in SHOP_MAIL_FROM field, you need to enter the email is from which you want to send email to customer -
