Error While adding Categories

I am facing this error a i created categories but they are not visible on store front in nav menu and when i tried to add them in root i am getting this error . can you guide me in this regard![alt text]

I also have the same problem. I've tried following the solution but all my columns have the same collation and the problem persists. Any other help please.

If you use phpmyadmin..just go to your database -> Operation -> go down to the collation setting -> choose "utf8_unicode_ci" (or anything without "mb4") then apply to all table and column to be safe.
