Guest customer register issues

As a guest customer, I have added products in the cart. Then I register & login in the system. After login, the cart was empty. But after login, the cart should have added items in it.
What is the resolution for this? -

In current scenario of Bagisto, the cart items only get merged when you are already registered as a customer. And then you add items as guest and then login. After being logged in your guest cart items will get merged into your authenticated cart instance.
