Bagisto Development From Dev to Master

Hey guys, Im new with bagisto..

I would like to know if i install paid version module on bagisto and push it on Github and Pull it on another machine.. is there any conflict we may encounter?

Or from a dev branch installation to master repo is there complication if the module is paid?

we just tried the free module and we dont have errors for now..
