Velocity Theme not working on mobile Android

Hi,
I have a site where the velocity theme is applied and it works fine on desktop but it is not working on mobile ( Android both browsers ). Please, is there a solution for this ? Thanks for your help.

Yes I have faced same issues some device of android browsers except Firefox!
also Iphone Safari.. Safari browser mobile mode on macbook !!
I have tested with your demo site too.My problem is top tool bar, product lists were not rendering !!

try to reload the page again then check the header will display again.

As I can see this is working fine in my android device

I wish you could test all devices and reproduce.. definitely it have problem with mobile device
for android it is happening not for all , most of the devices are not working !!
and for iphone safari it was never rendered ..
even you can try to reproduce with pc browser , mobile /tab responsive mode!!

I have encountered same in some of tabs too.
