Wrong Stats ( number of customers )

Hi Bagisto,
I have 432 customers but for some reason the Dashboard ( Admin ) show only 6.
I checked the data in customers table and indeed I see a difference, only 6 users have api_token. So, when the api_token is missing from customer table, the dashboard
count of total number of subscribers is wrong.

Please, I wonder two things:

1. How can I generate api_token for these customers records without it.
   and/or
2. Besides the Dashboard Stats - where else this will be a problem ? ( customer missing token_id )

This is really concerning me.
