creating a page with banner

hello,
im trying to create a page with a dynamic banner, so everytime the admin created a page dynamically, he can specify the name, url, ect... and he can upload an image for this page as a banner to preview it on the frontend.

in the cms, while trying to create a page, the form there doesnt have an option to upload a banner or anything.

is there anyway to add custom attributes to the page also?

any help appreciated.
