Bagisto 1.3.1 not able to click on first option in headder content

Bagisto velocity is not allowing to click on first option in headder content (below search bar).
I think this issue is only with Bagisto version 1.3.1

You have downloaded the latest release 1.3.1 and the error you reported is fixed in development mode which will be fixed in upcoming release.
If you want to fix this bug in the installed version then just check this updated file
https://github.com/bagisto/bagisto/pull/4832/files and change in your code. -
