How to create buyer's hierarchy menu

I need a menu with three levels of hierarchy.
How can I do it!

Now I have such a menu

But I need one more level

third level of category is visible just below the parent of that category, there is no way to show child category in the third hierarchy, if you want this then you have to customize the code.
