/api/customer/forgot-password returns 404

The reset password API URL doesn't exist (404). Has it been moved to a different URL?

Please select the POST method for forgot-password API

@sanjay-webkul POST either returns 500 Internal Server Error or { "error": "passwords.throttled" }.
The error 500 may be due to my local server. But do you know what the throttled means?
